About this site
This site is intended to be informational for my patients. I have added content from well known and respected websites as a way to gain more knowledge on various topics and plan on keeping the links up to date regularly. The information may vary slightly from what we may have discussed at your appointment, and if you have any concerns, please let me know.
If you are looking for basic exercises, please refer to the left hand column. These can generally be done at home safely, unless we discusses a particular reason not to do them. In general, if you are being treated for a fracture or tendon repair, you should follow an exercise program specifically designed by me and/or your hand therapist.
If you are not a current patient, please feel free to search this site, but know that this is supplemental information for patients who understand their condition(s). This is not intended to diagnose or treat your problem. You are welcome to make an appointment with me to help you through any upper extremity issues you may have.
